upper levels the upper levels of the united galactic federation is generally considered the living quarters. the kitchens, dormitories, loading docks, and a handful of other things are found here, as well as the main control center. middle levels the most important thing on the middle levels is the courtroom, which is more often than not busy as can be. a few other areas are here as well and the middle levels generally contain meeting rooms and anything regarding diplomacy. Sub-boards: library, conference room, the court |

lower levels the lower levels are off limits to anyone who is not a high ranking official or a trained engineer. they contain the prisoner cells and isolation rooms as well as the secondary ship hangars. a few of the more important maintenance rooms can be found on the lowest level.
